Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the watch in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
